Install the NEW Cable TV / Internet Splitter

Have you heard about the Splitter|Wall Plate™?

Well, you know how you need to split a cable signal so you can watch TV and be on the Internet at the same time?  The Splitter|Wall Plate does that and stays out of the way, because it's a wall plate on your wall.

Check this out:  You know the old school setup, a connector cable coming out of the wall attached to a splitter - both lying on the floor collecting dust.

Say goodbye to them because with the Splitter|Wall Plate, they're gone.

The Splitter|Wall Plate needs no connector cable and the splitter is up-off-the-floor - in the wall plate.  That means you connect directly to your TV and cable modem - even two TVs. In about a minute and a-half, with just a screwdriver, you take the old wall plate off the wall and replace it with the digital Splitter|Wall Plate.

The old coax cable wall plate, as you can see, is pretty basic.  It's been around since the 70s. It's the same on the front as it is on the back.  It just twists off the main cable -where your cable signal comes in...

...and where you will twist on the Splitter|Wall Plate

You can see the Splitter|Wall Plate is a little different on the front than on the back - because you're looking at a splitter built right into a wall plate.

No connector cable required - to connect the splitter to the main cable.

Here's where you put those first two screws into the wall - the whole thing takes about a minute and a-half and a screwdriver.

Now, a wall plate frame goes on with the two last screws - there are only four screws total.  These are short, color-matching, screws. Being careful, not to let the tip of the screwdriver slip-off and you are on your way to living with one-less-cable on your floor, and by getting rid of that cable you get rid of two connections you just don't need.

The Splitter|Wall Plate comes in white and ivory but, at splitterwallplate.com you'll see some cool color combinations and wall plate frame styles, they're available online and, at your local hardware store or home center.

The most important part?  The fewer connections you have the better it is for your incoming signal strength and your TV and Internet quality, too.

Nice.

(flashback)

No connector cable - good for signal strength.
A money-saving, faster install - good for you... the Splitter|Wall Plate.
